В коротком ролике демонстрируются все 7 участников, «выживших» на проекте I-LAND и сформированных в новый бэнд лейбла. Парни предстают в нескольких образах на разных локациях: туманный пейзаж, горная местность, сцена с ярко-красным занавесом.

ENHYPEN рассказали о своем первом возвращении, интересе к написанию песен, отношениях с BTS и TXT и многом другом
ENHYPEN вернулись со своим вторым мини-альбомом «BORDER: CARNIVAL». Презентация альбома для прессы состоялась 26 апреля в 16:30 по корейскому времени в Сеуле. Участники поделились, что нервничали по поводу своего первого камбэка через пять месяцев после выхода дебютного альбома «BORDER: DAY ONE», но также были рады показать фанатам то, что они подготовили.
ENHYPEN побили рекорды как новички со своим дебютным альбомом и получили четыре награды как новички всего за два месяца с момента своего появления в индустрии. Джей прокомментировал: «Я никогда не думал, что мы получим награду новичков так быстро. Хочу поблагодарить наших фанатов. Получив награду, мы поклялись работать усерднее и делать свою работу лучше, чтобы нашу музыку можно было слышать в магазинах и на улицах».

Дебют ENHYPEN имел огромный успех, но они уже побили собственные рекорды со своим новым альбомом. Предварительные заказы на «BORDER: CARNIVAL» превысили 450 000 копий, и число их подписчиков в социальных сетях уже достигло 14 миллионов.
Джейк объяснил: «Через социальные сети мы постоянно общаемся с ENGENE [фанаты ENHYPEN] и делимся своей повседневной жизнью. Я думаю, что им нравится эта естественная сторона». «BORDER: CARNIVAL» — это альбом, который выражает искренние эмоции ENHYPEN по поводу незнакомого опыта, с которым они столкнулись после дебюта. Альбом разделен на три концепции: «UP», «HYPE» и «DOWN», каждая из которых представляет собой соответственно приглашение на карнавал, наслаждение им и потерю чувства реальности.
